Live Workshop

After a 2 year hiatus because of…you know what…we are back!!!

May 14th 2022

Sponsored by WakeMed Hospitals and held at the Cary Koka Booth Ampitheater.

Inside-Out Strong holds a 3 hour workshop for Mothers + Daughters (ages 10+) that connect them in heart, mind and body.

Our Mother + Daughter workshops are the event of the year! It’s not often we get to spend intentional, transparent time with our teen; connecting to them in heart, mind and body.

Our workshop is open to Mothers + Daughters ages 10+. As we empower teen girls and the women who led them we also get to see a special connection and strong bond between a Mom and her girl as they open up, share, laugh, cry and move together.

During the 3 hour workshop, we teach healthy principles through our 3 workouts to strengthen the body and 3 work-ins to strengthen the heart and mind.

Our goal is to introduce fun movement and activities to keep girls and women strong, but to also open up discussion between a Mother and her Daughter as they take our lessons home with them. Our workshop is a great sampling of our Online Adventures and there are opportunities to start up and join a Fellowship following the event.

Work-ins + Workouts

  • Body Image

  • Positive mindset

  • Identity + Self-worth

  • Krav Maga or Dance

  • Yoga

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

We hope to guide girls and the women who lead them to accept themselves as they are, to show up and to SHINE!

It may be the first time I have heard my daughter tell me how she feels about herself.

The most impactful thing at the workshop was really learning who I am, spending time with my Mom and telling her I love her.

The most impactful thing about today was seeing how my view of myself effects my daughter’s view of herself.
